Our Hyrox training classes are headed by knowledgeable coaches who know what it takes to get you where you want to be. Our classes will train you on how to run better and more efficiently. Learning how to pace yourself and breathe on a run for the upcoming station, after all running is over 50% of the race. We will also hammer in quality movement in every rep for every station. No missed reps or no reps! We build stronger movements through strength training directly correlated to what you will be doing in the race. Then of course is the engine.
